CANCELLED - Nurturing Nourishment fermenting workshop

Following advice from the Federal Government to cancel mass gatherings of over 500 people and internal gatherings of over 100 people, and escalating concern regarding the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus), we have made the decision to cancel a number of large community events from now until the end of May (as a minimum).

We are taking the risk posed by COVID-19 to our community very seriously and closely following the advice provided by the State and Federal Governments to ensure we are working as part of a coordinated approach.

For accurate, up to date information, please visit the Department of Health website here.

Learn to make kombucha, water kefir, sauerkraut, kimchi and more! This workshop comprises of in-depth demonstrations and instructions from a teacher with over five years experience with fermented foods; a take home recipe booklet, and ongoing support for your home fermenting journey.

Learn why it is important to include a variety of ferments in your diet, why home brew is superior to store bought, and how easy, fun, and affordable it is to ferment at home.

Date: 5 April 2020
Time: 10am to 11am
Venue: CREEC, Cnr Kent St and Queens Park Rd, Wilson
