Community Walk Bird Walk

Celebrate Bird Week with BirdLife Western Australia by joining us for a bird walk along the Canning River.

We hope to see many bush and water birds, with this area being home to over 100 species.  Learn all about the Aussie Backyard Bird Count and how you can make a contribution to the conservation of Australia’s birds as a citizen scientist. Don’t worry if you don’t have a pair of binoculars as we will bring them along.

Date: Saturday 19 October

Time: 9am - 10.30am

Venue: CREEC, Cnr Kent St and Queens Park Rd, Wilson

Cost: Free

Audience: Suitable for adults and children 6 and over

What to bring: Please wear closed in shoes, hat, sunscreen and bring a water bottle.
