About Our Events

Again this year we are excited to have the Go2Cup, The Waste Warriors, KINN&Co  on board as our sustainability partners! There are three key things you need to know β™»οΈπŸŒ

1. BYO - patrons are encouraged to bring your own plates/containers, cutlery and cups from home to enjoy your meals/beverages. However, if you can't bring your own we have you covered because GO2Cup will be supplying our Food Trucks/Vendors with special serve ware. You just need to return it to our Waste Stations once you have finished with it.

We also have a cold, filtered water tank on site, please bring your own refillable water bottle too. Please note this is a smoke and alcohol free event.

2. Use the dedicated WASTE STATIONS to dispose of your GO2Cup bowls, plates, cutlery and also your general waste. These stations will be manned by some awesome volunteers, who will ensure all waste is disposed of correctly.

What is free to the community?

Entry plus most activities are family friendly and free. The food trucks will charge for food and beverage and will have cash and Eftpos facilities,

What if I have dietary requirements?

What do I need for my dog?

A lead must be worn and please make sure you bring your doggie poop bags.

Is seating provided?

Yes, some seating is provided in the way of picnic tables and some chairs. However, we recommend bringing your own chairs and picnic rug!

Are there toilets?

Yes, an existing toilet block is near the event site, as well as portable toilets. This includes disabled toilets also.
