How do I get to the Civic Amphitheatre?
The Civic Amphitheatre is located behind Council offices at the corner of George Street West and 1317 Albany Highway, Cannington.
Free parking is available off George Street West and Carden Drive. Bike racks are also nearby as well as a bus stop on Albany Highway right out the front of the Council building.
Is the event accessible?
ACROD parking and accessible toilets are available as well as a viewing platform for those in wheelchairs. This will be marked clearly with signage.
We all love our fur babies and dogs are certainly permitted, however please ensure they remain on a leash at all times. Given the number of small children and other dogs, we recommend only social/well behaved pups.
Should you have any specific dietary requirements, we recommend you check out the Facebook page or this page where each food truck will be listed. You can jump onto their pages and peruse their menu.
We will do our best to ensure we cater for vegan, vegetarian, dairy free and gluten free options.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they check that their food choices suit their diet.
St John Ambulance will be onsite if you require medical attention.
Lost property will be collected and stored with the City Events Team. Any lost property not collected will be available at the City of Canning Civic Centre and you can ring us on Wednesday to see if we have your lost items.
In the event of bad weather, please check the City of Canning Facebook page where we will update you with any changes or cancellations. You can also subscribe to any updates by selecting 'Going' or 'Interested' on the Facebook event.
There will be no ATMs on site but all of our vendors have EFTPOS facilities if you are looking to purchase food and drink.
Everything onsite is FREE besides the food trucks of course! If you would like to purchase from the food trucks, they accept cash or EFTPOS.
Photography and Videography
We will have event photographers and videographers documenting the event. If you do not want your photo taken, please let the camera person know.
