Proposal to Dispose of Property – 40 Centenary Avenue, Wilson
Council, at its meeting held on 15 October 2024, resolved to support the disposal of a 72m2 portion of 40 Centenary Avenue, Wilson (i.e. which is portion of Centenary Park).
It is a requirement of section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995 that the City disclose this information for public consideration.
The City of Canning proposes to lease a portion of land at 40 Centenary Avenue, Wilson to Indara Corporation Pty Ltd for the consideration of $27,500 ex GST per annum plus an additional $15,000 ex GST per annum when future infrastructure is operational. The market value of this disposition was assessed at $27,500 ex GST per annum plus an additional $15,000 ex GST per annum for future infrastructure.
