Canning VOTES IN new Council
Subject to WAEC confirmation, the City of Canning has voted in a new Council in today's local government elections.
Mayor: Patrick Hall
Bannister Ward: Ben Kunze
Beeliar Ward: Lindsay Holland
Beeloo Ward: Mark Bain
Mason Ward: Jesse Jacobs
Nicholson Ward: Craig Sweeney
The newly elected Council will be sworn in on Tuesday 22 October at 5.40pm.
The vote took three and a half hours to count with approximately 16,000 votes received for the five Canning wards.
