The City of Canning’s Safe Communities team works together with key stakeholders and the local community on a variety of community safety and crime prevention initiatives, including Neighbourhood Watch.

Community Safety Liaison Officers meet regularly with local policing teams to stay informed and share information regarding local crime issues and concerns.

The City of Canning’s Community Safety and Crime Prevention Plan 2016-2020 provides a framework to address key local crime prevention priorities, actions and responsibilities over the next four years.
