Rostrata Town Project

Rostrata Town Project (RTP) in Willetton is made up of community members that are passionate about making Rostrata an even better place. Since forming late 2018, RTP have been busy implementing a Rostrata Place Action Plan based on community feedback.

DRTP is made up of volunteers and has run and collaborated on events such the Community Street Party, Spring in the Garden, Let's Relish Rostrata Festival, and the Rostrata Makers Market. To find out more about RTP visit the Facebook page.

Grants

The City’s Community Grants program provides financial assistance to groups, individuals, and organisations. The grants are for initiatives which help boost the cultural, social, environmental, and economic opportunities in the community. Visit the Community Grants page for more information.

Food Permits

The Food Business page has information on approvals and permits required if you want to have temporary food stalls at your event.

Community Pop-Up Trailer

The City's Community Pop-Up Trailer is for community groups and not-for-profit organisations to use for free to activate your community.

The trailer is currently unavailable for bookings. To ensure our equipment is safe for community use, a safety assessment and operational review of the trailer is currently taking place. For more information, please email trailer@canning.wa.gov.au
