Canning is on a journey to become a welcoming and thriving City. One of the ways the City is trying to do this is through placemaking and we need you!

PLACEMAKING IN THE CITY

Rostrata Town Project
Rostrata Town Project (in Willetton) is made up of community members that are passionate about making Rostrata an even better place. Since forming late 2018, RTP have been busy implementing the Rostrata Place Action Plan that was developed from feedback at the street party. Despite being a new group, made up of volunteers, RTP has run and collaborated on events such the Community Street Party, Spring in the Garden, Let’s Relish Rostrata Festival and the Rostrata Makers Market. To find out more about RTP visit their Facebook page here.
