Bootcamp is the ultimate back to basics workout. The class incorporates fitness tests, hard yet fun exercises, group cardio activities and team challenges that will push you to your limits.

Core Blast is a 30 minute express workout focused solely on the core of your body.

Core Yoga and Meditation

Core Yoga and Meditation is a yoga class with something for everyone. Elements of Vinyasa yoga are utilised whilst incorporating elements of Pilates. The class ends with a beautiful and relaxing guided meditation.

Box Fit

Box Fit is a boxing inspired workout designed to challenge your fitness and power!


HIIT STEP is a NEW and innovative 30 minute high intensity interval workout using only bodyweight and a step.


KONGA is an easy-to-follow, high intensity fusion of Boxing, Cardio, Dance and Sculpting set to the hottest beats from all decades.


MetaFit is high intensity interval training designed to boost your fitness, rocket your energy levels and get massive results in the shortest amount of time possible.


MetaPWR is a 30 minute circuit class combining resistance and body weight exercises.


Pilates is a fantastic workout to emphasise the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness which helps support efficient, graceful movement.

Ricky Fit

Ricky Fit is a gym circuit style workout designed by one of Cannington's head trainers, Ricky! The class will cover various workout styles and movements to keep your body guessing from week to week.

Total Body

Total Body is a full body workout that will leave you toned and sculpted by incorporating numerous forms of resistance training.

Yin Yoga and Meditation

Yin Yoga and Meditation is a slower paced style of yoga with postures that are held for various periods of time.


A body and mind fusion class combining strength training and yoga which complement each other perfectly and is suitable for all fitness levels.
