Core Blast is a 30 minute express workout focused solely on the core of your body.


What will I get out of a Core Blast class?

You will leave our Core Blast class feeling stronger and fitter throughout the core of your body. The class is centred around abs, glutes and core to build a stronger, more defined mid-section.

Core Blast is suitable for all ages over 16 years and caters for all levels of fitness.
