Bootcamp is the ultimate back to basics workout. The class incorporates fitness tests, hard yet fun exercises, group cardio activities and team challenges that will push you to your limits. Classes offer a full body workout that builds strength, agility and cardiovascular fitness. Suitable for all ages over 16 years and caters for all levels of fitness. Options will be provided by instructors to ensure those from all fitness levels can participate. 
 

Box Fit is a boxing inspired workout designed to challenge your fitness and power! You can expect to see great results in upper body shaping and strengthening, plus it's a great cardio workout. Suitable for all ages over 16 years and caters for all levels of fitness. Options will be provided by instructors to ensure those from all fitness levels can participate. 
 

Core Blast is a 30 minute express workout focused solely on the core of your body: abs, glutes and core to build a stronger, more defined mid-section. You will leave this class feeling stronger and fitter throughout the core of your body. Suitable for all ages over 16 years and caters for all levels of fitness. 
 

Core Yoga and Meditation is a yoga class with something for everyone. Elements of Vinyasa yoga are utilised whilst incorporating elements of Pilates. The class ends with a beautiful and relaxing guided meditation. You will leave the class with a renewed sense of calm, whilst having worked every muscle in your body. Suitable for all ages over 16 years and caters for all levels of fitness. 

 

HIIT STEP is a NEW and innovative 30 minute high intensity interval workout using only bodyweight and a step. You can expect to get a great cardio workout whilst toning your lower body. Suitable for all ages over 16 years and caters for all levels of fitness. 
 

KONGA​® is an easy-to-follow, high intensity fusion of boxing, cardio, dance and sculpting set to the hottest beats from all decades. This fierce and wild workout is designed to shape, sculpt and redefine your physique while injecting your body with an endorphin overload. This low complexity, high intensity workout is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

 

MetaFit is high intensity interval training designed to boost your fitness, rocket your energy levels and get massive results in the shortest amount of time possible. You can expect to feel the burn throughout your entire body after completing a MetaFit​ class. You will build muscle, strength and tone. Suitable for all ages over 16 years and caters for all levels of fitness. Options will be provided by instructors to ensure those from all fitness levels can participate.
 

MetaPWR is a 30 minute circuit class combining resistance and body weight exercises. You will develop strength, power and agility while increasing your cardiovascular fitness. Suitable for all ages over 16 years and caters for all levels of fitness. Options will be provided by instructors to ensure those from all fitness levels can participate. 

 

Pilates is a fantastic workout to emphasise the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness which helps support efficient, graceful movement. You will improve flexibility while increasing muscle strength and tone. If you're looking for a core workout for your abdominals, lower back, hips and buttocks then our Pilates class is a great place to start! Suitable for all ages over 16 years and caters for all levels of fitness. 
 

Ricky Fit is a gym circuit style workout designed by one of Cannington's head trainers, Ricky! The class will cover various workout styles and movements to keep your body guessing from week to week. Suitable for all ages over 16 years and caters for all levels of fitness. 

  Specifically tailored to suit participants over the age of 50. This class combines physical poses or asanas with mindfulness, breathing techniques and meditation. These practices promote functional mobility, physical self-awareness and assist to rebalance the nervous system. You will learn how to move and stretch in a way that is safe and most beneficial to you and your body. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness. Seniors Yoga is for Seniors Card holders, DVA and Strength for Life members only. 

 

Total Body is a full body workout that will leave you toned and sculpted by incorporating numerous forms of resistance training. You can expect to leave Total Body sore yet satisfied, as the class includes resistance training using barbells, free weights, steps, resistance bands and more. Suitable for all ages over 16 years and caters for all levels of fitness. Options will be provided by instructors to ensure those from all fitness levels can participate.
 

Yin Yoga and Meditation is a slower paced style of yoga with postures that are held for various periods of time. You can expect to leave Yin Yoga and Meditation feeling relaxed, calm and centred. You will focus on breathing, meditation and the calming of the mind. Suitable for all ages over 16 years and caters for all levels of fitness. This class is excellent for beginners. 
 

A body and mind fusion class combining strength training and yoga which complement each other perfectly and is suitable for all fitness levels. You can expect to get a great strength and conditioning workout, closely followed by a mindful yoga flow to complete your workout. Suitable for all ages over 16 years and caters for all levels of fitness. Options will be provided by instructors to ensure those from all fitness levels can participate.
