One-on-one personal training or small group training sessions are essential to achieving your fitness goals, whether they be weight loss-based, sports-driven or for athletic purposes.

One-on-one personal training:

We have designed our personal training to ensure your fitness is varied, specific and fun. We have a range of trainers specialising in all aspects of health and fitness including fat loss, sports-specific training, strength training and more. 

Results-driven, our trainers will provide you with ongoing support during your sessions to ensure you reach your health and fitness goals. 

Small group personal training:

Personal training can be more affordable when done in small groups. Motivate yourself to get fit in a group environment with friends of work colleagues who might enjoy training together. Groups must be a minimum of four participants, Monday to Friday and a minimum of five participants on Saturday. There are no sessions on Sundays or public holidays.
