You are never too old to start investing in your health and wellbeing! The Council on the Ageing WA’s Strength For Life (formerly Living Longer Living Stronger) program at both Cannington and Riverton Leisureplex is giving residents over the age of 50 a new lease on life.
Over 50s can join in to play this sport at Cannington Leisureplex where beginners are welcome to join the sessions held on Wednesday afternoons.
Various classes are available each week, including those for over 50s. There are casual fees and membership packages available.
All seniors are eligible for a 20% discount on standard memberships.
