Aqua Aerobics is a cardio and conditioning workout performed in the water to support the body and provide resistance. Suitable for those aged 16 years and over and catering to all levels of fitness, we run Aqua Aerobics classes year-round.
Using rubberised bands attached to a bar, the aqua stick adds increased resistance to exercises performed in the water. Suitable for all fitness levels, the program allows hundreds of movements and variations to increase fat burning and overall toning of the body.
Designed for people over 50, Revitalise Aqua is a fun and challenging low impact aqua class that will build or maintain your fitness levels in a social atmosphere.
