- Deep (bombie) pool - heated to 27 to 28 degrees

- Program Pool - heated to 34 degrees
Our wellness suite boasts a program pool (10m x 5m), sauna, steam room and spa designed for relaxation and rehabilitation. An age restriction applies of 16 years or older, unless undertaking specific aquatic rehabilitation. The spa is 0.9 metres in depth and hed at 36 degrees.
The Wellness Suite has full disability access including an overhead electronic hoist.
Equipment in our newly refurbished gym includes machine based, cable assisted and free weights, a functional area and a dedicated weights room with lifting platforms and squat cages. All areas can be used for a wide range of fitness activities including personal and group training, stretching and body weight based training.
A large selection of group fitness classes and term courses are provided in the F.I.I.T Factory, Bill Cole Function Centre and Wellness Studio.
Aquaccino Cafe caters for all members of the community, with dine-in or takeaway options available. There is indoor and outdoor seating areas, with enough space to cater for small and large groups, and spaces where kids can play. The cafe serves cold drinks, smoothies, quality coffee, snacks and a lunch menu. See more information regarding catering options.
Retail Shopping
The Pro-shop stocks a great range of swimming and fitness equipment. You will find a good selection of goggles, swim caps, bathers, aqua nappies, kick boards, pool buoys, sweat towels and water bottles.
