Monday 4.30 – 5.30pm (5 to 13 years)
Well-being is important and what better way than to target managing stress and worries at an early age. Calm Kids Yoga teaches mindfulness practices to help children feel calm and happy. Kids learn to build resilience, manage their emotions, improve their concentration, and develop a sense of peacefulness and clarity.
Classes run every Monday in the Wellness Studio with our fabulous and highly qualified instructor Sally.
