YogaFit

YogaFit is designed to improve health, performance and mental acuity within individuals interested in improving their level of fitness. Based on the ancient fitness science of hatha yoga, it blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format. YogaFit overcomes the mystery of yoga by delivering a practical, user-friendly style, which is accessible, understandable, and doable by individuals at any level of fitness. The YogaFit style reduces the risk of injury and augments recovery for ailments including stress, lower back pain and tension.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a low-impact, calorie burning fitness program that is easy to follow, and builds flexibility, balance and strength, while leaving you feeling calm and relaxed. It has been proven to help a range of disorders including anxiety, arthritis, fatigue, joint stiffness and stress.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is a very gentle form of yoga that is ideal for people who are stressed or injured; and especially for those who need a very gentle practice and are looking to regain or maintain their quality of life. It involves the use of props (such as a bolster and folded towels) which are used to support the body completely in every pose.  Restorative yoga involves gentle postures that are held for several minutes to enable the muscles and connective tissues to relax completely, thereby enabling a deep release.  You can expect deep mental and physical relaxation from this class!

Vinyasa Yoga

A general yoga class based on the philosophy of Vinyasa, linking breath with movement.  Students will be guided through  physical  poses (Asanas)  and sequences to develop strength and flexibility and will learn breathing (pranayama) and meditation techniques to assist them in all aspects of daily life.
