Your Canning Clubhouse with our Community Development Team

The City of Canning is home to over 90 local Sport and Recreation Clubs. These not-for-profit clubs provide a valuable service to our community by running organised sporting and recreational programs to all ages in our community. Clubs are the lifeline to a healthy, safe and inclusive community for everyone to be a part of.
The City’s Canning Clubhouse program is to assist our local clubs in being sustainable, educate them on best practise and provide training to volunteers. The Canning Clubhouse program is in partnership with DLGSC through the Every Club Grant Scheme.

Through the Canning Clubhouse program, we have teamed up with Sports Community to bring you a number of sports specific webinars throughout the year aimed at building and supporting the capacity of sports clubs. For further information send us an email
