You can also receive and pay your rates notices digitally thanks to a new partnership with Australia Post!
The City encourages ratepayers to receive rate notices via email as a sustainability intiative. To register for eRates visit their website and sign up to receive future notices by email. Both MyPost and BPAY View are available for electronic viewing of rates notices.

To access your rate notice via your online banking account please click on the Bpay View Logo below or refer to your banking institution for further information.
Payment Method 2: Payment by Credit Card
Payments can be made from valid credit cards (Visa or Mastercard) via our CBA hosted secure payment gateway here.
Payments made using Debit Cards should be made through your financial institution using bPay or Post BillPay.
Payment Method 3: Payment by cash
Cash payments can be made at the City offices during business hours.
