The Annual General Meeting of Electors provides an opportunity for electors to discuss the contents of the previous year’s Annual Report and to address any other general business.
When and where is the meeting?
The next Annual General Meeting of Electors is being held on the 31 January 2023, starting at 6pm. It will be at the Hillview Intercultural Community Centre, 1-3 Hill View Place, Bentley.
The purpose of the meeting is to:
- consider and receive the City’s Annual Report
- consider any other general business.
Can I take part in the meeting?
The public are invited to attend this meeting. However, only City of Canning electors can take part by asking questions and voting on motions at the meeting.
You may address the meeting and ask a question. Questions are to be directed to the Mayor, who chairs the meeting. The Mayor will respond to your question or may call upon a member of the City’s Administration to respond. Questions unable to be answered at the meeting will be taken on notice with a response provided in the published minutes of the meeting.
