Cockatoo KIDs are joining the South East Regional Centre for Urban Landcare (SERCUL) to plant native species at Bannister Creek.
By enhancing the habitat, we’re creating a healthier home for local wildlife – from birds and insects to small mammals.
It’s a chance for kids to connect with nature, get their hands dirty, and play an active role in caring for the local environment.
This activity is for kids 6 years and older accompanied by a parent/carer.
What to bring: hat, rain jacket, water bottle, and wear enclosed shoes. BYO gardening gloves if you like.
Where to meet: at Adenia Rd footbridge, near Bursaria Crescent
