Join Nutritionist Nicole Ingram from Grow Cook Eat WA for a fun and practical 2-hour hands on workshop designed to help you save time, money, and food. We'll prepare a selection of healthy, easy and budget friendly recipes together and enjoy them for dinner!

We’ll explore why induction cooking is all the rage right now, how it works, compatible cookware, and how to cook on induction affordably, without renovating your whole kitchen. We’ll also get creative with leftovers and learn how to transform them into delicious, low-waste meals.
