COTA WA Seniors Education Series (SES) in Canning

COTA WA is running a free information series tailored to Western Australians over the age of 50. 

A range of topics relevant to older people will be covered, including: 

• Stages of Life (with an introduction to the Aged Care system)
• Money, Money, Money (how to financially prepare and manage retirement), Making it Legal (a guide to all legal matters with ageing – APGs, Wills and Powers of Attorney), Staying Connected (support to stay at home), End of Life (common illnesses of ageing and how to have a good death), Flourishing ( how to get the most out of life – physical, emotional and social wellbeing).
