The program aims to empower the community through food preparation knowledge with cooking and fermentation classes.
The aim is to encourage the community to live a healthy lifestyle through teaching how to prepare food to make the nutrients more bioavailable, reduce anti-nutrients in foods, multiply nutrients, produce probiotics and reduce chemicals in different types of foods.
