Our financial literacy workshops are designed to build financial resilience and wellbeing through inclusive, empowering, and accessible education.
The sessions focus on practical skills, behaviour change, and community-led learning experiences. They are engaging, hands-on, and participant-focused, helping individuals gain confidence, make informed decisions, and take control of their financial future.
Module summaries:
- Budgeting that works: Create real-life budgets using apps or pen & paper; track, plan, and save effectively.
- Sensible saving on any income: Build a savings habit with jars, microsavings, and online tools.
- Understanding debt & credit: Learn about credit cards, loans, buynow- pay-later, and safe debt reduction.
- Spotting and avoiding scams: Identify scams in WA, stay safe online, and support others.
