Health and Mental Wellbeing Workshop

This eight-part series is designed to support adults (18+) in cultivating healthier lifestyles and stronger mental resilience.

Held in a safe, inclusive environment, each session explores essential topics such as:

  • Stress and anxiety management.
  • Emotional regulation and communication.
  • Mindfulness, movement, and nutrition.
  • Self-esteem, confidence, and community connection.

Through interactive activities and guided discussions, participants will gain practical tools to enhance their wellbeing and apply them in everyday life. Whether you’re navigating personal challenges or simply seeking balance, this workshop offers meaningful support and insight.

Over 18. These workshops are delivered in the Farsi Language.

Wednesdays | Weekly | 22 and 29 Oct, 5 and 12 Nov | 6pm – 7.30pm | $15 Per Session
