Link Up, Line Up

For the first time ever, passengers will be able to travel directly between the Mandurah and Armadale Lines, linking up to Optus Stadium and beyond – thanks to the new METRONET Thornlie-Cockburn Line.

To celebrate – Link Up, Line Up – a family-friendly, community event is happening on Sunday 8 June from 8.30am-1pm and you’re invited! There’ll be free food, live entertainment and local community stalls at Thornlie, Nicholson Road and Ranford Road stations. Plus, you can wander through the five brand-new elevated stations on the inner Armadale Line – Carlisle, Oats Street, Queens Park, Cannington and Beckenham.

Special event trains will be running on the day and if you’ve got a SmartRider, train travel is free on Sundays. It’s a great day out for the whole family.
