Come along to this interactive preserving demonstration, showcasing different preserving skills and traditional recipes from different countries.

Learn to make a traditional Italian tomato passata, traditional Korean Kimchi, Szechuan Chilli Oil, and Indian Lime Pickle. Taste testers and recipe cards provided at the end of the demonstration.
