Yoga
Yoga is an ancient practice that combines physical postures, breath control, meditation, and mindfulness to promote holistic well-being. It is designed to improve flexibility, strength, and balance, while also fostering mental clarity, relaxation, and emotional balance.

- When: Every Wednesday from 5 November 2025 and until 25 March 2026. Not running during the Christmas / New Year period.
- Time: 6pm – 6.45pm
- Cost: Free

Please bring with you:
- water bottle
- towel
- yoga mat.
Remember to apply bug spray and sunscreen before attending.
Please not that classes will not run if temperature exceeds 35 degrees, or if raining. For updates on class cancellations due to weather, please check the City of Canning Leisureplexes Facebook page.
Parking
Parking at Shelley Foreshore overflow will have an entry off Watersby Crescent, and exit onto Riverton Drive. Please park behind the marked blue line.
Kent Street Walking Group
Come along and join in with a community walking group at Kent Street Weir.
- Where: Kent Street Weir
- When: Every Friday from 7 November 2025 and until 25 March 2026. Not running during the Christmas / New Year period.
- Time: 9am
- Cost: Free
- Register online
The group will be doing 2 laps of the Banksia Hill Loop Trail. There will also be an opportunity for a coffee break!
