Notice of Intent to Advertise For Tender
Renewal and Upgrade of Existing Driving Range Building at Whaleback Golf Course
The City of Canning will be advertising a tender in early 2025 for the renewal and upgrade of the existing Driving Range building at Whaleback Golf Course in Parkwood. This work will be Stage 1 of a broader multi-stage, multi-year redevelopment project.
The Stage 1 works aim to bring the Driving Range facility in line with contemporary trends in golfing facilities and user participation. The works will comprise of a general upgrade of the Driving Range building and will also include new accommodation incorporating entertainment bays, a food and beverage kitchen, toilets and amenities.
The City is seeking Registered Builders to participate in the tender. The tender for the Stage 1 works will be advertised on 15 January 2025 via Tenderlink.
Registration to Tenderlink will be required to download the tender documents when these are released.
