The City of Canning proposes new leasing arrangements at 33-37 Murray Road, Welshpool (formerly Welshpool Business Enterprise Centre).
The following tenants are proposed to be granted a new lease:
Tenant: Community First Development
Lease Area: 50.6m². Block B, Unit 6&7
Proposed Lease Fee: $11,385 ex GST per annum
Market Value: $11,385 ex GST per annum
Tenant: Emily Kate Zanotti t/a Strong Futures Allied Health
Lease Area: 10.1m². Block A, Unit A
Proposed Lease Fee: $2,273 ex GST per annum
Market Value: $2,273 ex GST per annum
Tenant: My Re(!Leaf
Lease Area: 21.6m². Block B, Unit 1
Proposed Lease Fee: $4,860 ex GST per annum
Market Value: $4,860 ex GST per annum
It is a requirement of section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995 that the City disclose this information for public consideration.
