The City of Canning proposes new leasing arrangements at 33-37 Murray Road, Welshpool (formerly Welshpool Business Enterprise Centre).
The following tenants are proposed to be granted a new lease:

Proposed Lease Fee: $5,369 ex GST per annum
Market Value: $5,369 ex GST per annum
Tenant: Fayyaz Ahmad Raja
Lease Area: 39.3m². Block D, Unit 3
Proposed Lease Fee: $5,109 ex GST per annum
Market Value: $5,109 ex GST per annum
Tenant: Fayyaz Ahmad Raja
Lease Area: 40.4m². Block D, Unit 4
Proposed Lease Fee: $5,252 ex GST per annum
Market Value: $5,252 ex GST per annum
Tenant: Kondil Pty Ltd
Lease Area: 18.3m². Block A, Unit AA
Proposed Lease Fee: $4,118 ex GST per annum
Market Value: $4,118 ex GST per annum
It is a requirement of section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995 that the City disclose this information for public consideration.
