Public Notice - Proposal to dispose of property - 33-37 Murray Road, Welshpool

The City of Canning proposes new leasing arrangements at 33-37 Murray Road, Welshpool (formerly Welshpool Business Enterprise Centre). The following tenants are proposed to be granted a new lease:

Tenant: W & W Health Services
Lease Area: 21.1m². Block A, Unit 1
Proposed Lease Fee: $4,748 ex GST per annum
Market Value: $4,748 ex GST per annum

Tenant: Emily Kate Zanotti t/a Strong Futures Allied Health
Lease Area: 17.5m². Block B, Unit 8
Proposed Lease Fee: $3,938 ex GST per annum
Market Value: $3,938 ex GST per annum

It is a requirement of section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995 that the City disclose this information for public consideration. If you would like any further information on this proposal, please contact the City at tenancy@canning.wa.gov.au.

Submissions on the proposed disposal of land can be made in writing to the Chief Executive Officer, City of Canning, Locked Bag 80, Welshpool WA 6986 or emailed to tenancy@canning.wa.gov.au by 5.00pm, 13 March 2026.
