Sustainable Schools WA South Metro Regional Network
Supporting education for sustainability in school communities, teachers can join a like-minded group open to sharing sustainable ideas and resources as a key context for teaching and learning. This three day workshop provides a snapshot of environmental education in Western Australia from our vast catchment, through our winding corridors to our spectacular coast. This is a fantastic opportunity to network and focuses on learning through experience and skill development, while also reflecting on the synergies between the environmental education practitioners in WA. Sustainable Schools WA Professional Learning Workshops
Suitable for primary and secondary school staff, this workshop introduces classroom teachers, school administrators and other school staff to the Sustainable Schools WA planning framework which supports sustainable education. Participants are provided with valuable tools and an action checklist for working towards becoming a sustainable school.
