Halls and Community Centres Fees and Charges
Please see below a list of fees and charges to hire City of Canning Halls and Community Centres.
Administration Fees
Administration fees may be applied before or after a facility booking. These fees may be deducted from the bond payment, where applicable.
If no bond applies and the fee remains unpaid, the outstanding balance will carry forward and may affect future booking requests until settled.

Bonds
Bond amounts are determined by the type, duration, and impacts of the event (e.g. commercial, community, religious, or celebratory). Factors such as attendee numbers and age groups may also influence the bond.
Any event involving food or alcohol will be considered at least a medium-level event.
Bonds are processed on a pre-authorisation basis and will automatically return to your account within 7 days.
