Storm damage from street or park tree
Our Parks and Environment team will assist with residents reporting storm damage from a verge tree
Urgent requests
If a branch and/or tree is currently a hazard, please report it to the City by calling 1300 422 664. This will allow an Officer to respond with the highest priority.
The following situations are considered urgent and should be reported so that the City can respond with the highest priority:
- Large fallen branch or tree blocking:
- footpath
- roadway
- public access way
- residents driveway
- damaging property (e.g. resting on fence or house).
- Broken branch hanging in tree – about to or could fall onto:
- footpath
- roadway
- public access way
- residents driveway or property.
- Large branch resting on a power line.
Main Roads WA
Main Roads WA are responsible for the maintenance of trees along:
- Roe Highway
- Albany Highway
- South Street
- Orrong Road
- Leach Highway.
If the request relates to trees on these roads, please contact Main Roads WA on 13 81 38 or enquiries@mainroads.wa.gov.au.
Report
- To report storm damage, please complete the report form.
- An Officer will investigate within one working day.
- If you are unable to find the correct address when submitting the request, please contact us.
