How to lodge a Traffic Management Plan.

Lodge a Traffic Management Plan

To lodge a Traffic Management Plan (TMP), please visit the My Canning portal and follow the lodgement instructions.

TMPs should be submitted a minimum of 10 business days prior to proposed implementation.

Customers will need to create a login and have a credit card available to enable payment of $227.30 including GST.

Please ensure the following information is provided with the request:

  • contact details
  • proposed dates
  • summary of works
  • attach a copy of the proposed TMP along with any other relevant documentation.

Once completed select the pay now button and it will take you through to the credit card payment section.

Summary of instructions

  • TMPs should be submitted a minimum of ten (10) business days prior to proposed implementation to allow for the City's review period.
  • Primary work address – for TMPs with a single worksite location, type in the location of the nearest property and select the appropriate location. Add a marker for the primary location.
  • Multiple Locations – after completing the primary location (as per the above), use the 'Additional Location Details' section to record additional locations. This is a free text field.
  • Provide proposed dates and a summary of works.
  • Attach the TMP and any other relevant documentation then submit your request.
