How to report a missed green waste verge collection.

Verge collection dates

Green waste verge collections are scheduled at different times throughout the year.

All collection items are required to be placed on the verge by 6am, Monday on the week of the collection.

To find out your next collection date, visit the Waste and Recycling page and use your address to search for upcoming collection dates.

Timeframes

Bulk garden organics can be placed on the verge no more than seven days prior to the commencement date and no later than 6am Monday on the week of collection. Refer to Bulk Verge Collection guidelines for more information.

Oversized material

Collection volumes should not exceed six cubic metres (m3).

If your pile exceeds our maximum volume of 6m3, your excess waste may be collected for a charge.

• If your items were out on time, you can report a missed verge collection by completing the request form.
• Your request will be investigated within the next six working days.
