Blanket Drive

Share the warmth this winter with the City of Canning's Blanket Drive from Monday 10 June – Sunday 23 June 2024.

In 2023, we were able to collect over 320 blankets and sleeping bags in our pilot Winter Blanket drive. These were given to a number of local charities, who were able to distribute them to those most in need throughout Canning.

We are once again asking for the help of our community to collect blankets and sleeping bags to donate to local charities, sharing warmth to those who need it most this winter!

What can I donate?

• New or near new blankets and sleeping bags.
• We request that all second-hand items be washed prior to donation.
• Winter coats will also be accepted, but please no t-shirts, pants undergarments etc.

• City of Canning Civic and Administration Centre, 1317 Albany Highway, Cannington
