Have a question about the My Canning Online Portal? These frequently asked questions may be helpful.

Creating a My Canning account is quick and easy. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the My Canning Online Portal.
  2. Click Don’t have an account?
  3. Click Register using Email in the drop-down menu.
  4. Complete the Register form and then click Submit at the bottom of the page.
  5. You will receive an email to activate your account.

The email address used to login cannot be changed. However, you can add a preferred email in your My Canning settings. The preferred email address will receive all email communications going forward.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log into the My Canning Online Portal.
  2. Click on My Details.
  3. Click on Communication Methods.
  4. Next to your email address, click the down arrow.
  5. Click Replace in the drop-down menu.
  6. Enter your new preferred email address and click Save.
