Funded by a grant by the Department of Justice, Streetsport is a yearlong term-based program designed to engage young people in sports and skills sessions with the goal of connecting them to local sporting clubs.
The program will be delivered across Bentley/St James and Queens Park, and includes Football West, Perth Basketball Association and WA Cricket to deliver the weekly sports activities across Term 4 in 2024 and Term 1 and 2 in 2025
This time, Youth Fest will be back at our popular spot, Wyong Park at Bentley. Come join us on Friday 20 September, from 3pm-7pm and enjoy a range of free and fun activities.
There will be
- Inflatables including a bouncy castle, gladiator dual and more.
- FREE food.
- Live Community Radio Station playing all your favourite hits.
- Photobooth to capture all your moments with printable photos to take home.
- Heaps of chill and art activities with local services like Headspace, MercyCare, Edmund Rice Centre WA, Watch Around Water and Neighbourhood Watch. Connect with our city services – Youth, libraries, leisureplex and community safety services and learn more about the services we provide and offer to the community.
Youth Fest is the City’s largest event for young people.
Youth Fest brings young people to together to have fun, connect, engage in activities and make new friends for a fun day.
It is a free event with free food, DJs, photo booths, inflatables, and lots more fun activities.
Youth Fest is a drug, smoke and alcohol-free event for families, young people and the community.
