Proposal to dispose of property – 33-37 Murray Road South, Welshpool
The City of Canning is proposing two new leasing arrangements at 33-37 Murray Road South, Welshpool to the following parties:
Tenant: Emily Zanotti T/A Inspired Speech Pathology
Lease Area: 42m2 Block A Units 7-8
Proposed Lease Fee: $9,450 ex GST per annum
Market Value: $9,450 ex GST per annum
Tenant: Joe’s IT Solutions
Lease Area: 23.9m2 Block B Unit 2
Proposed Lease Fee: $5,378 ex GST per annum
Market Value: $5,378 ex GST per annum
It is a requirement of Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995 that the City disclose this information for public consideration.
