Proposal to Dispose of Property – B5, 33-37 Murray Road
The City of Canning proposes to lease a 21.6sqm portion of land at Unit B5, 33-37 Murray Road, Welshpool to Black Pillar Studios for a consideration of $4,860 excluding GST per annum. The market value of this disposition was assessed at $4,860 ex GST per annum.
It is a requirement of section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995 that the City disclose this information for public consideration.
