Proposal to Dispose of Property – E2, 33-37 Murray Road

The City of Canning proposes to lease a 41.3sqm portion of land at Unit E2, 33-37 Murray Road, Welshpool to Get Skilled Training for a consideration of $5,369 excluding GST per annum. The market value of this disposition was assessed at $5,369 ex GST per annum.

It is a requirement of section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995 that the City disclose this information for public consideration.
