Proposed Permanent Road Closure of Portion of Unmade Queens Park Road, Wilson

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997 of the City’s intention to close a 6,918m² portion of Queens Park Road, Wilson.

The City is undertaking the road closure as this portion of road is unconstructed and is no longer required as a part of the City’s future road network. The road reserve forms part of Kent Street Weir Precinct and will be changed to a tenure consistent with the use of this land as public open space.
