Public Notice - Proposal to Dispose of Property
The City of Canning is currently renewing leasing arrangements at 33-37 Murray Road, Welshpool (formerly Welshpool Business Enterprise Centre). The following existing tenants are proposed to be granted a new lease:
Tenant: Techwest Pty Ltd
Lease Area: 15.9m². Block B, Unit 4
Proposed Lease Fee: $3,684.82 ex GST PA
Market Value: $3,578 ex GST PA
Tenant: CTB Lighting Services
Lease Area: 87.90m². Block G, Unit 2
Proposed Lease Fee: $9,053.70 ex GST PA
Market Value: $8,790 ex GST PA
It is a requirement of section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995 that the City disclose this information for public consideration.
