Booking and accessing classes

You can book classes online. Bookings open 21 hours before the class start time.

Please make sure you arrive at least 5 minutes before the class starting as late entry is not permitted.

The best way to attend as many classes as possible is to become a Fitness Member. Visit the Memberships page to learn more. You can also buy 10 multi-passes or pay casually at the main reception.

Cancelling a class

Members must cancel classes they can no longer attend. This allows other members to attend group fitness classes.

How to cancel your class

  1. Open the booking portal and log in to your account.
  2. Click the Group Fitness tile.
  3. Click View Admission Tickets.
  4. Select the class booking(s) you wish to cancel.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the Admission Ticket page and click Cancel Admission.
  6. Reconfirm your cancellation by clicking the Cancel Admission button.
  7. Your selected class is now cancelled.

Class details

Group fitness classes are designed for those who prefer to exercise within a fun and positive group environment.

Taught by qualified instructors, classes are suitable for all fitness levels. We recommend trying a variety of classes and experience different instructors.

We have something for everybody. Work out with friends or join our vibrant group fitness community and make some new friends.
