Proposal to Dispose of Property

Council, at its meeting held on 23 April 2024, resolved to support the disposal of a portion of 4 Hares Street, Wilson. It is a requirement of section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995 that the City disclose this information for public consideration.

The City of Canning proposes to lease a portion of land at 4 Hares Street, Wilson to Sparkles Early Learning for the consideration of $25,000 ex GST per annum. The market value of this disposition was assessed at $25,000 ex GST per annum.
