Proposal to Dispose of Property – Unit G2, 33-37 Murray Road, Welshpool
The City of Canning proposes to renew a lease of an 87.9sqm portion of land at Unit G2, 33-37 Murray Road, Welshpool to Sixteen Acres Pty Ltd T/A Toharas for a consideration of $9,620 excluding GST per annum.
The market value of this disposition was assessed at $9,620 ex GST per annum.
It is a requirement of section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995 that the City disclose this information for public consideration.
