The current timetable covers all bases, including resistance programs, high intensity interval training, yoga, Pilates, boxing and a variety of other exciting options such as POUND! Taught by fully qualified instructors, classes are suitable for all fitness levels. We strongly recommend you try a variety of classes and experience different instructors to gain the most out of their training.

We are currently experiencing some technical difficulties and are working hard to get the OneBooking portal back online. We will be providing further updates and relaunching the OneBooking portal as soon as we possibly can. In the meantime, please continue to present yourself at reception to secure a group fitness pass as you have done in the past. Please note, class passes can be collected no earlier than 90 minutes prior to the class commencement time.

Passes for group fitness classes must be obtained from the main reception desk. Either scan your membership card to secure a pass against your membership or you may purchase a casual entry. Please make sure you get your classes pass five to 10 minutes prior to the class starting as late entry is not permitted.
Memberships are available yearly in advance or through a flexible direct debit arrangement with no lock-in contract. A key advantage of a membership is that you can come to as many classes as you wish throughout the duration of your membership. Multi-pass blocks of visits can also be purchased which offers a discounted rate on our casual entry fee. Please note that multi-passes have a 12 month validity from date of purchase.

We run a number of different time formats for our classes such as 30, 45 and 60 minutes. Please check the timetable for further information regarding class durations.
